Next gathering 31st July 10am-12pm
The next free pushing hands session will be held on the 31st of July from 10am-12pm.
We will be outside in Palmer Park as the nice weather looks to be holding at the moment, although there is cover if needed.

The more the merrier one of the best things about pushing hands is you have the opportunity to learn something different with every new person you train with, so if you have been before or are thinking of coming spread the word and let others know so we can all continue to improve.
